Returns/Refund Policy:

While all sales are final at BardnGeek.com we strive to make sure that every order is well crafted, packaged, and safely delivered to your door but sometimes things don’t arrive as they should. If you receive your purchase and there is something wrong with your order such as a broken miniature, incorrect or missing item, and etc we’d like to make it right.

Q: What happens if my item(s) arrive damaged?
A: We package every item we sent well to prevent damage in transit but sometimes that isn’t enough. If you receive a damaged package and its contents are missing or damaged contact us at support@bardngeek.com and include pictures of your damaged packaging & items. Once we receive the photos we will file a shipping insurance claim with the carriers (USPS) as well as duplicate and prepare and reship your order.

Q: My package never arrived, what now?
A: All packages from Bard N Geek Studios products are shipped via USPS and include delivery tracking numbers. If your package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, we will open an investigation with USPS to determine if the package was misdelivered and report back to you.

Q: I got my custom commission item(s), nothing is broken or missing, but I’m just not happy with the final product.
A: While we are saddened that you're not satisfied with your purchase, all sales on custom work are final. We work hard to ensure that we keep you updated on your project along the way this, may include photos or even video of your commission so there are no surprises when it gets to you. We try our best to make sure your satisfied with your goods before you get them. Thank you for your understanding.
